Where this all began
Back in 2024, our team started a Slack channel called #wins.
The idea was simple. Every time a client sent us a kind word (a verified review, a thank-you email, a text right after we got something taken down), we'd drop it into the channel for the whole company to see.
It wasn't built for marketing. It was built for us. When you spend your days helping people through some of the most stressful moments of their lives (a damaging article, a false review, a reputation on the line), it's easy to fix the problem and move straight to the next case. #wins gave everyone on the team, including the people who never speak to a client directly, a place to actually feel the impact of the work.
It filled up faster than we ever expected. Hundreds of messages: relief, gratitude, "you saved my business," "I can finally breathe." And somewhere along the way we realized these weren't really our wins. They were our clients' words, in their own voice, telling the story far better than we ever could.
So we decided to open it up.
Everything on this page is real and unedited, pulled straight from the same places our clients reach us: verified review sites, email, and text messages. The only thing we've touched is privacy. We blur the names on private messages, while public reviews appear exactly as posted.
This is our #wins channel, opened up for you.
